At the BMV
Say “Yes” to be an organ, eye and tissue donor at the BMV when receiving or renewing your driver’s license or state identification card. You will be redirected to the Ohio BMV Locations website.

- 1,600 men, women, and children waiting for a transplant are right here in Northeast Ohio. These individuals are your friends, your neighbors, and your family members
- Doctors will always try to save your life. Becoming a registered donor will never change that.
- Donors do not incur additional medical expenses because of their decision.
- Donors are icons, heroes, and legends. Donors from Northeast Ohio saved the lives of 463 people in 2020.
Our mission is to heal & save lives, and despite the circumstances, our team continues to make every effort to ensure fulfillment of our mission.
