2019 Gift of Life Walk & Run

Event Schedule
7:00 a.m. – Gates open – walk-up registration and pre-registration bib pick-up
8:30 a.m. – Event begins – roads into Blossom closed – walk-up registration and bib pick-up closes
8:30 a.m. – Opening Ceremony
10:30 a.m. (approx.) – Roads re-opened
10:45 a.m. – Legacy Garden Celebration
11:00 a.m. – Event ends

Pre-Event Bib Pickup
GOLWR participants can pick up race/walk bibs during the following times at Lifebanc’s office (4775 Richmond Road, Warrensville Heights):

Thursday, August 15: 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday, August 16: 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.
* Individuals bibs will be available for pick-up. All participants are required to have a bib to enter the event gates. A new registration will be required on event day for any missing/lost bibs.

Event-day bib pick-up will open at 7 a.m. on Saturday!

Important FAQs
Do I have to register and pay to attend the GOLWR if I’m only observing?
*Yes. Anyone over the age of five must register and pay to attend this fundraising event.
Where do I park?
*Follow the general parking signs. Ignore any signs that mention “5K” or “10K” – those are for the actual races and do not apply to parking.
How do I get out when the road closes?
*The closure of the road is necessary to safely operate the race and walk courses. Only in an emergency will we be able to escort participants out.
Are the food trucks free?
*The food trucks are not free, but a portion of their profits will be donated back to Lifebanc. There will be FREE bottled water and nutrition bars available at the end of the walk/run.
Can I bring my dog?
*No, dogs are not permitted on the Blossom grounds.
