Katie Payne brings more than a decade of experience in organ donation, transplantation, and healthcare leadership to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Lifebanc. A registered nurse by training, she previously served as Executive Director of LifeLink of Georgia, where she helped elevate donation performance and expand community engagement initiatives. Katie’s leadership is informed by both professional expertise and personal experience as the sister of a donor hero, grounding her commitment to Lifebanc’s mission to save and heal lives.

Micah Davis brings extensive experience in organ procurement operations, transplant administration, healthcare consulting, and information systems to his role as Chief Operations Officer at Lifebanc. He is known for building high-performing teams and leveraging data-driven systems to improve outcomes across complex healthcare environments. Micah’s work is grounded in deep respect for donors and their families, and a strong belief in collaboration, continuous improvement, and the lifesaving impact of organ, eye, and tissue donation.

Joshua Myers brings a diverse background in mission-driven public service, including leadership roles within the U.S. Department of Defense and healthcare organizations. He is deeply committed to advancing Lifebanc’s lifesaving mission and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Joshua is proud of the daily impact Lifebanc has in saving and healing lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation.

Jeannie Sureck has more than 20 years of experience across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, with a strong focus on healthcare and community impact. A lifelong Clevelander, she is personally connected to Lifebanc’s mission and passionate about serving the region she calls home. Jeannie takes great pride in Lifebanc’s ability to save and heal lives while supporting donor families with compassion and care.

Debra Cooper began her career as an ASCP-certified Medical Technologist and has spent decades serving in healthcare and nonprofit leadership roles. Her connection to Lifebanc’s mission is deeply personal, following her mother’s decision to become an organ donor. Debra is proud to be part of work that represents the ultimate human gift — improving and saving lives through donation.
