Katie Payne brings more than a decade of experience in organ donation, transplantation, and healthcare leadership to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Lifebanc. A registered nurse by training, she previously served as Executive Director of LifeLink of Georgia, where she helped elevate donation performance and expand community engagement initiatives. Katie’s leadership is informed by both professional expertise and personal experience as the sister of a donor hero, grounding her commitment to Lifebanc’s mission to save and heal lives.

Micah Davis

Chief Operations Officer

Micah Davis brings extensive experience in organ procurement operations, transplant administration, healthcare consulting, and information systems to his role as Chief Operations Officer at Lifebanc. He is known for building high-performing teams and leveraging data-driven systems to improve outcomes across complex healthcare environments. Debra Cooper began her career as an ASCP-certified Medical Technologist and has spent decades serving in healthcare and nonprofit leadership roles. Her connection to Lifebanc’s mission is deeply personal, following her mother’s decision to become an organ donor.
