You have the ability to help to save and heal lives at work. Your company can partner with LifeBanc to provide the facts about organ and tissue donation and enable co-workers to register their decision to be an organ, tissue and eye donor. Companies across northeast Ohio are working together with LifeBanc to provide this valuable service to their employees and impact the community.
Organ recipients and donor family members are more than statistics or medical stories. They are our neighbors, our friends, our family, our co-workers - they are our community.
Rarely does something of such minimal effort have such enormous impact. Get started saving lives today. Contact the LifeBanc Ambassador Coordinator at 216-752-LIFE (5433) to discuss how we can work together to educate your workplace about organ and tissue donation.
LifeBanc is fortunate to have organizational partners in our mission to increase the number of organs and tissue available for transplant. The Cleveland Eye Bank is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring sight by providing tissue for transplantation, research and teaching. The Cleveland Eye Bank serves the Northeast Ohio community and over 60 area hospitals.
The Minority Organ and Tissue Transplant Education Program (MOTTEP) works within the African American community to raise awareness of the importance of good health, preventative measures and the need for more registered organ and tissue donors.
LifeBanc also partners with Transplant Recipients International Organization (TRIO) which provides educational and social events for organ and tissue transplant recipients.
