PRN Donor Referral Coordinator

LifeBanc is a non-profit organization in Northeast Ohio dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation.  We have an immediate opening for a PRN Donor Referral Coordinator to work day and night shifts. The qualified candidate will respond to hospital referral calls, triage the calls, speak with donor families about the donation process, use the database, communicate with tissue processors, and coordinate the recovery process.  The work schedule is four 10.5-hour shifts per month, plus approximately four on-call 10.5-hour shifts per month.  All shifts include workweek and weekend hours.

Must have minimum two years of experience as an RN, LPN, or Paramedic, be proficient in MS Office Suite, exhibit initiative, flexibility, be a team player and possess effective communication skills.
