Multicultural Outreach Coordinator We are seeking a Multicultural Outreach Coordinator who will develop, market, coordinate and implement organ & tissue donation education programs for multicultural communities in Northeast Ohio. Other responsibilities include relationship building within multicultural communities, developing culturally sensitive curricula for target audiences, and conducting educational programs as needed. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in education, communications, and/or public relations, or commensurate work experience, with an emphasis in community health in multicultural communities, 2-3 yrs. public speaking exp., 2-3 yrs. of program development and management, 2-3 yrs. of supervisory experience, excellent verbal & written communication skills & the ability to provide training and feedback to volunteers & independent contractors.
