Data Analyst We have an immediate opening for a full-time Data Analyst. This position is responsible for developing the analytical frameworks for LifeBanc that provide higher visibility into performance trends, establish and/or validate causality relationships between processes and outcomes, or quantify opportunities for performance improvement. This person will perform necessary statistical trend analysis for data tracked on the organ and tissue donations and related activity; provide statistical analysis for research and scientific studies, cost analysis, and database maintenance activities; compile data for analysis relating to clinical and operational performance of the OPO and transplant center; maintain monthly organ donor date; and serve as an information resource regarding DonorTrac, DonorNet and associated reporting databases. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in statistics or equivalent health related field; two to four years data management experience; significant programming ability with an excellent working knowledge of Minitab, Stata, SAS, or SPSS statistical software. Must be familiar with duration, categorical variable, and econometric models; have knowledge of medical terminology, strong analytical and multi-tasking skills; ability to give attention to detail and work independently.
